Terms and Conditions

This page is maintained by KSR20 to set out the rules for using KartLog.

1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of KartLog, the karting setup logbook application operated by KSR20 in the Netherlands. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use KartLog.

2. Who can use KartLog

You must be at least 14 years old to use KartLog. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Accounts created by users who do not meet the age requirement may be closed.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@ksr20.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe it is being used for abuse, fraud, spam, illegal activity, or to violate these terms. We may also restrict access if a subscription payment fails.

4. Subscriptions and payments

KartLog offers paid access through the following plans:

  • Monthly: €9,99 per month, billed automatically every month.
  • Yearly: €99,99 per year, billed automatically every year.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Mollie. We do not store your full payment card details. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time from your account settings. Pausing keeps your data safe but limits access to paid features until the subscription is resumed.

Refund policy: you may cancel anytime, but payments already made are not refunded. If you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, contact us within 14 days of purchase.

5. Free and complimentary access

KSR20 may grant complimentary monthly or yearly access to individual users at its discretion. Complimentary access is not transferable and may be revoked if the account is used in violation of these terms.

6. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the setup data and content you create in KartLog. By uploading or sharing content, you grant us the limited right to store, process, display and transmit it as needed to run the service and to share it with the users you choose to share with.

You are responsible for ensuring that your setup data and comments do not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use KartLog to:

  • harass, abuse or harm other users;
  • upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content;
  • attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the service;
  • use automated tools to scrape, spam, or overload the app;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

8. Third-party services

KartLog relies on third-party services to function:

  • Lovable Cloud: hosts the application, database, authentication and storage.
  • Mollie: processes subscription payments.
  • OpenWeather: provides optional weather data when you choose to fetch it.

Your use of these services is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, outages, or changes to their terms, but we will make reasonable efforts to keep KartLog working.

9. Intellectual property

The KartLog name, logo, user interface and software are owned by KSR20. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app without our written permission. You may use the app as intended through your account.

10. Limitation of liability

KartLog is provided as a tool to help you record and compare karting setups. We do our best to keep the service accurate and available, but we are not liable for any race result, setup decision, or damage that may result from using or relying on data stored in the app. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold KSR20 harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of KartLog, your content, or your violation of these terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. Before filing a formal claim, we encourage you to contact us at hello@ksr20.com to try to resolve the issue informally.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email. Continued use of KartLog after the changes means you accept the updated terms.

14. Contact

For questions about these terms, contact KSR20 at hello@ksr20.com.
